HOW TO MAKE AN ORDER
To complete an order, follow the online instructions:
Add the desired items to Shopping Cart, selecting the items and pressing Add to Cart. Selecting Show Cart the list of the goods selected for purchase is displayed. To this list it is possible to add or delete items even in a subsequent moment and to continue with browsing, until purchase confirmation with the button Checkout.
When you proceed with purchase confirmation you have to give some information necessary for shipping and billing. If you are a new customer you have to fill in a form, if you are a returning customer it is sufficient to log in with Username and Password defined in the previous registration. Information regarding shipping and billing can be updated anytime in the section Account Maintenance.
Once you are logged a 4 steps purchasing process starts:
Shipping Address: at this step you have to specify a shipping address. Please, check if Billing Information and Shipping Information are correct. Billing address can be updated selecting Update Address. Default shipping address is your billing address, however it is possible to specify a different shipping address adding a new one with Add a new Shipping Address, assigning it an Address Nickname (example House, Office, etc ..) or selecting one of the shipping addresses previously specified. Shipping addresses can be updated, too.
Ship Methods: at this step shipping charges, that are going to be added to the total charge, are displayed. Shipping charges depend on the amount on goods purchased and the shipping zone (see page Shipping Charges).
Payment Method: at this step a payment method has to be selected among the selections available: Credit Card/Prepaid Card, Bank Transfer, Cash On Delivery (Italy only), Postal Order.
Complete Order: at this step purchase order can be completed. Please, check if purchased goods and the shipping address displayed are correct. If necessary it is possible to return to one of the previous step selecting Shipping Address, Ship Methods, Payment Method to modify the data specifed or cart content. It is possible to add comments about your order in the proper section. With Confirm Order purchase order is submitted. and based on the payment method selected information about how to make the payment could be reported. Selecting Follow this link to view the Order Details a purchase order invoice is dispayed where it is reported the Order Number. It is sent an email to the address specified during registration with information regarding the order, with the order number, too. If you do not receive immediately this confirmation email, please contact our Customer Service. Please, remember to quote the order number whenever you wish to receive information about your order.
Data exchanged from registration to the end of order confirmation procedure run on secure encrypted channel SSL with 128 bit key.
PAYMENT METHODS
All payment transactions are held in Euro.
If you select as payment method Credit Card/ Prepaid Card, you will be redirected to PayPal web page where you can pay with credit card, prepaid card or with your PayPal account balance financed with you bank account. With PayPal it is possible to pay with the following cards: Mastercard, Visa, Visa Electron, American Express, PostePay, Carta Aura. Sognare Musica receives from PayPal the confirmation of the transaction, but no detail regarding your credit card or prepaid card.
To pay with PayPal customers do not need any PayPal account.
PayPal carry out payments on secure encrypted channel SSL with 128 bit key.
If you select as payment method Bank Transfer or Postal Order please remember to indicate the Order Number in the Payment Reference. In the case of Bank Transfer the order is dispatched when the payment is credited to our bank account, in the case of Postal Order the order is dispatched when we receive the payment notification by the Post Office. Please consider that Post Office can take up to 15-20 days to transmit a payment through Postal Order. We do not accept Bank Transfer with shared charges.
To Cash On Delivery is applied a surcharge of 9.90 euro.
SHIPPING METHODS
Shipping is at the customer's expense.
Shipping is carried out by SKY NET express courier.
Usually orders are delivered within 7-10 business days from the date of payment, but this period can vary depending on availability of the item. Purchaser is informed via email when goods are dispatched.
If some of the items in your order are out of stock and not available soon, you will be informed. We will wait for your advise. You may want us
1. To ship the incomplete order,
2. Wait until the order is complete before shipping it,
3. Replace the missing items with others of your choice.
Obviously costs for not dispatched goods will not be charged and if the payment has been already made, the amount corresponding to not available items will be totally refunded at no charge.

For Customers in Italy it is possible to pick up the package directly at our office. Selecting Delivery at our office shipping charges will not be added. Customer will be informed when the package is available and it will be arranged an appointment to pick up the package by our Customer Service.
For subscriptions to magazines shipping is managed directly by the publisher.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We guarantee that all items are brand new, except when explicitly indicated or in specific sections (as the Collector’s Corner), even if some items are without plastic due to the manufacturing process of the producer. An insurance during transportation of goods is included in the shipping price. Should any item be lost by the post office or by the courier, a claim will be processed forthwith and the sum refunded.
In the event that your goods present a
1. Damaged or cracked disk or jewel case, or
2. For any reason can't be played, or
3. The items received are not the ones you ordered,
you may return them along with the invoice and a note specifying one of the three reasons above. We advise you to return your items via an insured carrier. We cannot be held responsible for lost returns. Upon receipt of the damaged items, we will supply a replacement or, at your request, a full reimbursement in Euro.
Consumers are entitled to the right of withdrawal within 10 business days from the receipt of the ordered items, by sending a registered letter with reception’s advice to the address displayed in the section Contact Us. If you make use of the right of withdrawal you have to return products and packaging intact within 10 business days from the day of delivery. Return costs are at your charge. Sognare Musica will refund the sum paid within 30 days from the receipt of the returned items.
LOCAL IMPORT TAXES
You are the sole responsible for paying taxes, duties or customs fees charged by your local government. You should check with your local administration for import Customs Regulation for any added import taxes.
PRIVACY STATEMENT
Information regarding your order including your mailing addresses, email address and phone or fax numbers, is logged in our books for future reference to assisting you with your order. If you buy a subscription to a magazine your information will be transmitted to the publisher to manage the subscription. Information will never be released or sold to any other commercial organization under any circumstances. Furthermore, Sognare Musica has no access to your credit card or prepaid card information at any time for transactions carried out directly with PayPal.
DISPUTES
Customer's statutory rights will not be affected by the terms and conditions of sales in accordance with the Laws of Italy.
Any dispute arising hereunder shall be exclusively brought before a Court of Milan, Italy.
